Ingredients:

2.5 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers

1.5 cups finely chopped pecans

1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, blend the bourbon with 1 cup powdered sugar, then stir in the corn syrup.

Add in the vanilla wafer crumbs and pecans, mixing until evenly combined.

Let the mixture chill, covered, for 25 minutes.

Shape into small, enticing balls and roll them in the extra powdered sugar.

Store these treasures in an airtight container to maintain their freshness.
