Mexican Beef Lasagna

1. Preheat your oven to 350.
2. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add your beef and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
3. Add beans, green chiles, taco seasoning and hot salsa to skillet and stir until well combined.
4. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Start layering the lasagna, first with the tortillas, then the meat mixture, then the cheese. Repeat the layers two more times.
5. In another bowl, combine the jar of mild salsa and the water. Pour the mixture over the top of the lasagna, cover and bake the dish for 1 hour.
6. Garnish the dish with sour cream, green onions and the remaining grated cheese. Cook the dish uncovered for an additional 5 minutes. Be sure to let the dish sit for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
7. Add toppings of your choice, such as olives, tomatoes or guacamole.
8. Serve and enjoy!
