Hamburger Broil POT

Heat broiler to 350 degrees F . Get a gigantic Dutch oven-safe pot warmed to high.
Season both sides of the simmered chuck with salt and pepper.Include vegetable oil to the pot and warm till brown, roughly three to four minutes in line with side.
