French Onion Beef and Noodles

3 Cups Beef Broth
12 Ounces Egg Noodles
½ Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup French Fried Onions
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and add to the pot. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the beef is seared on all sides.
Add the French onion soup and beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
Simmer the beef on low for 10 minutes. Then, add the egg noodles and continue simmering for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with French fried onions before serving.
Additional Tips:
Meat Selection: For the best results, choose high-quality beef stew meat. If the pieces are large, consider cutting them into smaller, bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
Simmering: Ensure that the beef is simmered gently; this helps in tenderizing the meat and infusing the flavors.
Noodle Cooking: Be careful not to overcook the egg noodles; they should be tender but not mushy.
Serving Suggestion: This dish pairs wonderfully with a side of green vegetables or a crisp salad to balance the richness.
Leftovers: If you have leftovers, they can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated, making the flavors even more pronounced the next day.
