Baked Lemon Garlic Red Snapper Fish

    • Preheat oven to 400°F.
    • Brush oil on fish.
    • Season both sides of the fish with creole seasoning.
    • Evenly spread minced garlic on top.
    • Place two slices of lemon on each fillet.
  • Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  • Turn oven broiler on high. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until golden in color.
  • Top fish with chopped parsley.
