Apple Butter

In a medium saucepan, pour apple cider vinegar and apple cider vinegar. Add the spices and maple syrup, then bring the apples.
Wash and peel the apples. Cut it into pieces. Put the apples in the saucepan and cook over low heat, covered, stirring regularly.
Once the apples are well heated, when there is no liquid left at the bottom of the pan (it takes more or less time depending on the size of the apple pieces and your fire but in my house it took an hour and a half), turn off the heat and remove the whole spices (vanilla, cinnamon stick, cloves) . to calm down.
Put the apples in the bowl of a blender and blend until you get a smooth apple butter.
Pour the apple butter into a sterilized jar, and store in the refrigerator or freeze for later use.

Enjoy !
