500g king prawns peeled and deveined
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 cup cooking cream/or thickened cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tspn black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
2 good handfuls baby spinach
½ cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
2 roasted red capsicum/peppers, diced (I use the bought ones in the jar)
Fettuccini pasta
