I asked my butcher to thick slice my sirloin steak and no need to serve sauce with that, I think it takes the taste out of the steak (but everyone has their own tastes).
You can serve with salad, onions, mushrooms, baked potatoes
*Ingredients :
°2 lbs sirloin steak (taken 3/4 thick)
°1 tbsp brown sugar
°1 C. salt
°1/2 tsp onion powder
°2 tbsp. black pepper
°1 C. paprika
°1/2 tsp. turmeric (Tumeric English term)
°1 C. chilli powder (Chilli powder)
°1/2 tsp. garlic powder
°1/2 tsp. garlic salt
°1/2 tsp. cornstarch
