Does anything ring in the weekend better than a hearty, sweet breakfast full of fresh berries? I do not think so! These dreamy rolls are paired perfectly with a nice hot cup of coffee and a generous dose of sunshine.

°1/2 cup lukewarm water
°2 teaspoons instant yeast
°1/3 cup of sugar
°1/2 cup of milk
°1/3 cup melted butter
°1 teaspoon of salt
°2 eggs
°4 1/2 c all-purpose flour (more or less)

°8 ounces cream cheese, softened
°3/4 cup powdered sugar
°3/4 cup strawberry jam
°1 c strawberries, finely chopped
+ice
°1/3 cup of the reserved cream cheese mixture
°1/2 cup powdered sugar
°1-2 teaspoons of milk
°A touch of vanilla
