8 lasagna noodles
16 oz. chopped frozen spinach
2 cups sliced mushrooms
16 oz. cottage cheese ricotta can also be used
2 eggs
16 oz. mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
4 cups marinara sauce
1 cup grated carrots
salt and pepper to taste
