SPICY CHICKEN CURRY

2 chicken breast fillets, skin off, diced
400gm can diced tomato
2-3 cups baby spinach
1 – 2 medium onions (diced)
1 heaped tspn minced garlic
2 tspns minced ginger
2 tspns ground cumin
2 tspns ground coriander
1 tspn ground turmeric
1/2 tspn dried chilli flakes
1/2 cup of coconut cream
Vegetable oil
2 tblspns Plain Flour
Salt and pepper to season
Yoghurt and Fresh Coriander to serve
