Twice Baked Potatoes

2 Large Russet Potatoes
1 Cup Steamed Broccoli
2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tbs Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 Cups Sharp Cheddar, grated
Garlic Butter Steak Bites
2 New York Strip Steaks, or any cut of your choice
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce

Garlic and Herb Spice Blend
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Stick Butter, melted
3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced




Twice Baked Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash the potatoes. Poke a few holes in them using a fork and wrap with foil. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until the insides are cooked.

When they are cool enough to handle, cut in half and scoop the insides into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients aside from 1/2 cup of the cheese. Mix together well.
Fill the potato halves with the mixture. Top with remaining cheese and air fry at 400 (or put back in the oven) until cheese is melted.
Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Cut the steaks into bite sized pieces. Drizzle with the olive oil, soy sauce and seasonings.
Air fry at 400 for 7-9 minutes, depending on how well you like your steak cooked. Be sure to flip around half way through.
Mix the melted butter, minced garlic and parsley.
When the steak bites are done, drizzle them with the garlic butter.
