Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
In 10-inch skillet, also cook onions 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; Salt is added. Spread in a circular dish. Sprinkle cheese.
In a bowl, stir remaining ingredients with a fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into a pie plate.
Bake for 25 minutes
