Don’t swap the condensed milk for any other type of milk, or the recipe won’t work and set properly!
Always line the pan with parchment paper as this stops the fudge from sticking and makes it easier to remove from the pan and cut into squares.
The quantity served will depend on the size of the squares you cut.
I like to cut small pieces, so I cut mine into 24 pieces, to make 24 individual servings.
Don’t cut down on the chill time, the mixture will need that time for the fudge to set properly.
Properly cold fudge is a lot easier to cut into even-sized pieces.
