Easy Chocolate Walnut Fudge

If you don’t like walnuts, swap them out for pecans, hazelnuts, peanuts or almonds in this vanilla walnut fudge recipe. Any type of mix in would be great in this simple walnut fudge recipe. You can even make fruit and nut fudge by stirring some dried cranberries or raisins into the mixture along with the nuts.

What is your favorite flavor of fudge?

Walnut Fudge Ingredients

CHOCOLATE: I use 2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips, but dark would work well here too. I like Toll House or Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
CONDENSED MILK: for ease I use Eagle Brand Condensed Milk. You could also make your own Sweetened Condensed Milk at home, it’s surprisingly easy to make!
WALNUTS: I prefer using the Fisher Brand Nuts as they’re a great quality nut. But you can use what you have in your own pantry at home.
VANILLA: for the best depth of flavor use vanilla bean paste. Or you can substitute with vanilla extract. I don’t recommend using vanilla essence as it doesn’t have the same depth of flavor.
