Crock Pot White Chicken Chili

INGREDIENTS

1 med yellow onion (diced)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
3 tsp garlic (minced)
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 (15 oz) cans great Northern beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (7 oz) can diced green chiles (I used mild)
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)
¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
1½ oz Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
8 oz cream chesse
