COCONUT BEET BALLS

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor except for the coconut flakes.
Use a cookie scoop to portion out the batter. Roll into balls and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
Remove from the freezer and coat with unsweetened coconut flakes. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
