What summer dessert could be better than creamy lemon squares? I do not know. Sunny Lemon Squares have a sweet lemon flavor and amazing lemon flavour. To me, it’s like squares of lemonade.
This is tart, rich, and great as a creamy, citrusy dessert. This is a fun and different option for dessert. I like chocalate also any kind cake, but it’s great to branch out & trying fresh things.
* Ingredients :
+For the crust
° 4 tablespoons (half stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for frying
° 1-1/2 cups (about 24 squares) graham cracker crumbs
° 1/4 cup sugar
+To fill
° 2 large egg yolks
° 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
° 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (I used 3 lemons)
