BEEF ROAST POT

Ingredients :
° 1 three to five pounds of roast beef, round, or breast
° 2 teaspoons salt
° 1 teaspoon black pepper
° 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
° 6 cloves minced garlic
° 1 to 2 cups red wine*
° 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
° 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
° 2 large white onions, reduce into 2-inch pieces
° 1 pound baby carrots
° 1 pound of red potatoes, cut into small pieces
° 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
