Turkey and Cranberry Sausage Rolls


Score the Pastry:
Using scissors, make 2-3 small cuts on the top of each sausage roll to allow steam to escape during baking.
Bake the Rolls:
Bake the sausage rolls in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the turkey is cooked through.
Cool:
Once baked, transfer the sausage rolls to a wire rack to cool slightly. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature.
