Turkey and Cranberry Sausage Rolls

1 teaspoon sea salt
ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 190Β°C for fan-assisted or 210Β°C for a non-fan oven.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the turkey mince with thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings. Using your hands is often the easiest way to ensure everything is well combined.
Prepare the Pastry:
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it in half lengthwise, creating two long strips. Spread half of the cranberry sauce along the middle of each strip.
Shape the Filling:
Divide the seasoned turkey mince into two portions and form each into a long sausage shape. Place each portion of turkey mince on top of the cranberry sauce in the center of the pastry strips.
Seal the Pastry:
Brush one long edge of each pastry strip with milk or a beaten egg. Starting with the edge closest to you, tightly roll the pastry over the turkey mince and continue rolling until the seam is on the bottom.
Cut the Sausage Rolls:
Cut each long roll into individual sausage rolls of your desired size.
Prepare the Baking Tray:
Lightly spray two baking trays with oil and place the sausage rolls on the trays. Brush the tops of each sausage roll with the remaining milk or beaten egg.
