This is how I prepare my jam with 2 oranges and 1 carrot. No sugar!

Wash the oranges and carrot well.
Peel the oranges and carrot.
Cut the oranges into small pieces, removing the seeds.
Grate the carrot into thin strips or cut it into small pieces.
Peel and cut the apple into small pieces (optional).
Place the orange pieces, grated carrot and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Add the apple, if using.
Add 1/2 cup of water to the saucepan.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional).
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes.
Use a hand blender or food processor to puree the mixture.
Cook over low heat for another 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars.
Close the jars immediately to create a vacuum seal.
Tips
Conservation :
Store the jam in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep the jam in the refrigerator and consume it within the next 2-3 weeks.
Add spices :
In addition to cinnamon, you can experiment by adding other spices such as ginger or nutmeg to give your jam a unique flavor.
