Teriyaki Beef and Avocado Rice Stack

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with teriyaki sauce. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
2. Cook the Rice:
Prepare the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and set aside.
3. Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and caramelized, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Prepare the Avocado:
While the beef is cooking, slice the avocados and drizzle them with sesame oil to enhance their flavor and prevent browning.
5. Assemble the Rice Stack:
To create the stacks, you can use a round mold or a small bowl. Start with a layer of cooked rice, pressing it down slightly. Next, add a layer of the teriyaki beef, followed by a layer of sliced avocado. Repeat the layers until you reach the desired height, finishing with avocado on top.
6. Garnish and Serve:
Carefully remove the mold (if used) to reveal your beautifully stacked dish. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
