Talharim with Shrimp Sauce 


Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Shrimp:
Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions. Reserve 1 ladle of the pasta cooking water, then drain.
Sauté the Onion:
In a large pan, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the Shrimp:
Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
Deglaze the Pan:
Pour in the dry white wine, scraping the bottom of the pan to release any flavorful bits. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
Combine Ingredients:
Stir in the cream and the reserved pasta cooking water. Mix well.
Combine with Pasta:
