Roll out the dough and strain a tray for the pancakes.
Mix sugar, spices and salt. Whisk the eggs with milk, add the first mixture and stir in the sweet potatoes until smooth.
Bring to a boil and pour on the dough.
Baking for 15 mn at 7 degrees (210 degrees), then 15 mn at 6 (180 degrees).
Leave to cool
