Stuffed Cheese BallsΒ

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
Form the Cheese Balls:
Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture, placing the cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Set Up Coating Stations:
In one shallow bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, add the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Coat the Cheese Balls:
Remove the chilled cheese balls from the refrigerator. Roll each ball in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, then roll it in the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated cheese balls back on the baking sheet.
Fry or Bake the Cheese Balls:
For Frying: Heat oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the cheese balls in batches, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
