Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts

Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in warm milk. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, salt, melted butter, egg, and the remaining sugar. Knead the dough until smooth. Let it rise until doubled in size.
2️⃣ Form and Fry Donuts:
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out donuts and let them rise again.
Fry the donuts in 375Β°F (190Β°C) oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
3️⃣ Make the Filling:
Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the strawberry jam.
4️⃣ Fill Donuts:
Once the donuts are cooled, make a hole in the side of each. Pipe in the strawberry cheesecake filling.
