Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnamon Rolls

Once the dough has risen, transfer it back to the floured surface and roll it out into a large rectangle about 12×8 inches in size. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the dough.
5. Add Strawberries and Cinnamon:
Sprinkle the chopped fresh strawberries and the 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon evenly over the cream cheese layer. This will give your rolls that delightful, sweet flavor!
6. Form the Rolls:
Starting from the longer edge, tightly roll the dough into a log shape. Carefully slice the log into 9-12 equal pieces.
7. Second Rise:
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover them again, and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
8. Bake the Rolls:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rising rolls in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
9. Make the Icing:
While the rolls are baking, mix 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a bowl until it’s nice and smooth.
10. Drizzle and Serve:
