Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnamon Rolls 


1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter (for filling)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Gently stir in 2 teaspoons of instant yeast. Then, pour in 1 cup of warm milk, 1/2 cup of melted butter, and add 1 large egg. Mix the ingredients together until a soft dough forms.
2. Knead the Dough:
Dust a lightly floured surface with flour and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Transfer the dough into a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
3. Make the Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar until smooth and creamy. Set this aside for later.
