Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed With Mozzarella 

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the meatballs until they are golden brown on all sides.
Once the meatballs are browned, spoon some marinara sauce onto the bottom of the skillet, allowing the meatballs to simmer in the sauce.
Cover the skillet with foil and transfer it to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve the meatballs with pasta or on their own, topped with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
