Spicy Beef & Cheddar Sliders with Chipotle Mayo


Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make the Chipotle Mayo:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, lime juice, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
Prepare the Beef Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef mixture for about 8-10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Assemble the Sliders:
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture over the buns. Top each with shredded cheddar cheese.
