Spiced Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
3. In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the pumpkin bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
7. While the bars are cooling, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well until fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
