FOR THE CRUST:
2 c. finely crushed Nilla Wafers (from about 60 wafers)
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Pinch kosher salt
FOR THE FILLING:
4 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 c. granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 c. milk chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
FOR GARNISH:
1/4 c. caramel
10 mini Snickers, roughly chopped
1/4 roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped
