Baking the Biscuit:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm diameter cake mold.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely.
Preparing the Caramel:
In a saucepan, heat cream, sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and gets a caramel color.
Add peanuts to the caramel, mix, and let it cool slightly.
Making the Cream:
Beat cream cheese, cream, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Cake:
Cut the cooled cake horizontally into two layers.
Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread half of the cream over this layer.
Spread the prepared caramel with peanuts over the cream layer.
Place the second cake layer on top and cover it with the remaining cream.
Preparing the Glaze:
Melt chocolate with cream in a microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
Spread the chocolate glaze evenly over the top of the cake.
Garnish with peanuts.
Chilling and Serving:
Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
