Fresh coriander to serve
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Roll chicken in flour
Fry until golden each side, place in slow cooker
Add onion, ginger and garlic to the pan, fry 2-3 minutes.
Add, chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, jalapeños and stir to coat.
Add salt, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
Add water and coconut cream
Stir and bring to a simmer.
Pour over chicken.
Cook on high for 2 hours
Add diced tomato and cook a further 15-20 minutes.
Serve with steamed white rice
NOTE: I like a thick sauce to coat, so thicken with a little cornflour at the end.
