Ingredients :
2 cups self raising flour
Half cup butter
1 cup milk
3 quater cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tspn vanilla essence
Half tspn salt
Method
Preheat oven to 160°C
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl till creamy and fluffy
Add eggs and beat well, add milk and beat again.
Sift the flour and salt 2 times in a separate bowl.
Fold flour into butter mixture using a spatula or wooden spoon, add vanilla essence and mix until well combined
Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 40 mins or until skewer/toothpick comes out clean
