1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:
Boil the pasta: Start by cooking the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water as per the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
SautΓ© the seafood: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the shrimp, cooking them until pink and firm (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in the crab meat until everything is warmed through. Remove from heat.
Prepare the cheese sauce: In a separate saucepan, mix the milk and heavy cream over medium heat. Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to your taste.
Combine: Toss the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce, mixing in the seafood until everything is well combined.
Bake it: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Transfer the macaroni mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top turns golden and bubbly.
