Ingredients:

For the Meat Filling:

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional).

For the Egg Wash:

1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon water.
