Reese’s Stuffed Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip CookiesΒ

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
12-16 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped and halved
Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Stuff the Cookies:
Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it slightly in your palm.
Place half of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in the center of the dough and wrap the dough around the candy to fully encase it. Roll into a ball.
Place the cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
