Β½ cup granulated sugar
Β½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Mix-ins:
1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
Β½ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Β½ cup white chocolate chips

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Whisk dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3️⃣ Cream the butter and sugars: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Add egg, vanilla, and cream cheese: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
5️⃣ Combine wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
6️⃣ Fold in the goodies: Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and white chocolate chips.
7️⃣ Scoop and bake: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie and place them on the prepared baking sheet, slightly flattening each one. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
