Red Snapper, Shrimp & Grits with a Cajun Cream Sauce


1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook grits in water and 1/2 cup cream until thick, then stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Season snapper with Cajun seasoning. Sear in a hot pan with olive oil until cooked through.
3️⃣ Cook shrimp in butter until pink, then remove from pan.
4️⃣ In the same pan, add garlic, remaining cream, and chicken broth. Cook until sauce thickens.
5️⃣ Serve snapper and shrimp over grits, topped with the Cajun cream sauce.
