Raspberry Mojito 


1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus more for garnish)
10 fresh mint leaves (plus a sprig for garnish)
2 tablespoons simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
1 1/2 ounces white rum
Soda water (to top off)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Muddle the Raspberries and Mint:
In a sturdy glass, gently muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, and lime juice to release their flavors, but avoid turning the ingredients into a pulp.
Add Simple Syrup and Rum:
Stir in the simple syrup and white rum, mixing well to combine all the flavors.
Prepare the Glass:
Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
Finish the Mojito:
Top off with soda water, and stir gently to combine.
