Recipe Ingredients:
5 eggs
10 tablespoons of sugar
15 tablespoons of cornstarch
Instructions:
Start by using a mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the egg yolks (one at a time). Now, beat on high speed for about 5 minutes.
Next, gradually and alternately add the sugar and cornstarch, beating well until a smooth and homogeneous batter forms.
Then, pour the batter into a previously greased and floured cake pan. Next, bake in a preheated oven (180°C/356 °F) for approximately 40 minutes.
