Pumpkin Donut Holes

2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
4. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F (175°C).
5. Scoop out small amounts of the dough and roll them into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
6. Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using the oven. Make sure to leave some space between them.
7. Cook in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes or bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes, until they are golden brown.
8. While the donut holes are baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the coating in a bowl.
