* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 piece of cayenne pepper
* 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
* Red pepper
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven 350 degres. Greased a 1.5 liter (8 by 8 or 9 by 9 inch) baking tray.
