PINEAPPLE TRUFFLED CAKE 😋

Ingredients

For Time:

2 eggs
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of warm milk
1 and 1/4 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder (or Royal baking powder)

For the stuffing:

1 small pineapple
Sugar for cooking pineapple
500 grams of good quality white chocolate (cannot be split or hydrogen)
1 can of cream milk
1 teaspoon of pineapple essence

For the coverage:

1 cup of egg whites
1 cup of sugar
Vanilla Drops (to taste).
