Pineapple Mango Smoothie

 

Prepare the Ingredients:

If using fresh fruit, peel and chop the pineapple and mango into chunks. Peel and slice the banana. For a creamier smoothie, use frozen fruit.

Blend the Smoothie:

In a high-speed blender, add the pineapple chunks, mango chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water.

If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the honey or maple syrup.

If you want to add a bit of zing, add the grated ginger.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water or your chosen liquid until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve:
