Oreo Pound Cake 

1 cup sour cream
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (plus more for garnish)
For the glaze (optional):
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
¼ cup crushed Oreos
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
Cream the butter and sugar:
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla:
Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
Combine dry ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix everything together:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Mix until just combined, then fold in the crushed Oreos.
