One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs with Veggies


1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger, minced (optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Fresh green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger (if using). Set aside.
Season the Chicken:
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Sear the Chicken:
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and sear for about 5 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Flip the thighs over and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add Vegetables and Sauce:
Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken in the skillet. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring everything is well coated.
