Instructions:
For the Biscuit Cake:
Crush the biscuits into small pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Add chopped walnuts to the crushed biscuits.
In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder, water, and butter. Heat and stir until the sugar and butter are fully dissolved.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir.
Pour the hot mixture over the crushed biscuits and nuts. Mix until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a square or rectangular dish lined with parchment paper, pressing it down firmly and evenly.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the cake sets
For the Chocolate Glaze:
9. In a saucepan, heat the whipped cream until it starts to simmer.
Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Let the glaze cool slightly before pouring it over the biscuit cake.
Optionally, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for decoration.
Refrigerate for an additional 2 hours or until the glaze sets.
